Beginners Level (Foundation Levels)(B Levels)


This stage of our swimmers journey contains two levels, where the student expected to develop buoyancy and water confidence through building a positive relationship with the water space, which enhanced by the coach and positive experiences of success and confidence relationship with coach so he/she can develop the body position, floating and kicking for the Front crawl and Backstroke.

Advanced Levels (Strokes Development Level)(A Levels)


This stage of our swimmers journey contains six levels, where the student expected at these levels to learn and developed the four strokes technics with the right start and turns for each stroke, as well as the stamina and the speed in order to reach the bench mark of the level C/club level training level.

Advanced Level (Competition Level)(Level C)


At this stage of our swimmers journey, the focus will be on developing his/her strokes advanced techniques in a swim squad, as well as his/her fitness level with regards to the speed and stamina.

During this level, students will be motivated to participate in the swim competitions in order to gain the experience of the box and monitor their development with regards to their swim time, so they can be advised to join any of the Jordanian swim clubs to be part of the competitive swimming community or practice it for their own fitness and for along healthy life style approach.
